Description This research is the next stage of PASOS-LGI Eastern Partnership visa liberalization project. This research paper reviews the current relations between Azerbaijan and the EU and the compliance of Azerbaijan to its international obligations and commitments, particularly in terms of the visa facilitation process, document security, and the border management policy of Azerbaijan.
