This brochure, published in two editions – in Serbian and English language, is a result of the three and a half year long youth educational program called “Support for Kosovo Young Leaders” (SKYL) in four municipalities in the north of Kosovo: Northern Mitrovica, Zvečan, Leposavić and Zubin Potok. This project was implemented from the second half of 2008 until the end of 2011 by our local non-governmental organization - Center for Communities Development, in partnership with Mercy Corps and with USAID financial support. Throughout various activities, it rallied more than a thousand of young people, aged between 15 to 26 from the four northern municipalities, out of whom there were 738 who accomplished two-month, four-month and three-month-long internship in different organizations and institutions in the north of Kosovo.
