The preparation of the Analysis of the local strategic documents in eight (8) municipalities of the Republic of Macedonia stems from the “Civil society in action for equality”project implemented by the Association for Democratic Initiatives (ADI) Gostivar, in partnership with the Center of the Roma Community (DROM) Kumanovo and the Association Initiative for Social Change (InSoK) Skopje. This analysis is also supported by the 2011 IPA National Program for transitional assistance and institution building, the “Further development and financial sustainability of civic society” grant scheme - EuropeAid/136-625/ID/ ACT/MK. The project is funded by the EU Delegation, and implemented by the Central Finance and Contracting Department at the Ministry of Finance, and the General Secretariat of the Government of the Republic of Macedonia.
