Pursuant to the findings of the monitoring conducted by HCA Vanadzor, 30 incidents were recorded in the RA Armed Forces in 2013 which leaded to the death of 31 servicemen. In case of only 14 incidents the RA and NKR Ministry of Defense served as primary source for information dissemination, in the meantime, an official release was disseminated on 24 out of 31 death cases. If we compare this rate with previous years, then the death cases in 2013 have substantially dropped, however, the incidents as a result of which the death cases occurred has not changed.
