Description

This handbook is an illustration of a project undertaken in Ukraine and Moldova offering insights into the tools used to strengthen the civil society, especially in cooperation with the government. This handbook serves three different purposes: 1. It will lay out best practises for government and civil society relations to develop mutually beneficial relationships 2. It will present different mechanisms used that can be replicated in different contexts 3. It will show possible methods that can be scaled up and implemented in different scenarios to strengthen the relationship between civil society organisations and governmental actors.
