The Coalition, in collaboration with the ESE Association and human rights experts, prepared an analysis of the Law on protection of patients’ rights, with a focus on mechanisms for protecting the righrs and the control over the quality of health services. The findings stemming from the analysis were presented during a round table on 07.02.2013, for which invitations were sent to representatives of the Ministry of health, the commissions for the advancement of patients’ rights in several Skopje municipalities, the Health Insurance Fund, the Ombudsperson office, the Commission for protection against discrimination and associations working for the advance in health rights.
