Description

The EU Regulation on IPA II was adopted on 11 March 2014 and is applied from January 1, 2014. More detailed implementing rules are set out in the Implementing regulation, adopted on 2 May 2014. IPA II does not substantially differ from IPA I in terms of its goal and budget. Consequently, it corresponds to the reality of the substance and dynamics of the enlargement process. The beneficiaries of IPA II are: Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Iceland, Kosovo, Montenegro, Serbia, Turkey and Republic of Macedonia.
